Q: What is your minimum order?

Our minimum online order is $100.00 USD. Our Showroom minimum order is $200.00

Q: How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours in most cases. We have a daily order cut off time of 10:00 a.m. EST. Please keep in mind that we are open from Monday through Friday. If you order is place after 10:00 A.M. EST on Friday we will not process your order until Monday.

Q: How can I see the prices online?

In order to be able to view prices on our website you must first register. Once you have registered, you will be able to view the prices on our website. If you have already registered please make sure to log in to see prices.

Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?

We ship domestic orders via FedEx. You will receive an email from FedEx which contains your tracking number for your package.

Q: What are your office hours?

Regular office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00A.M. to 6:00PM EST (DUE TO COVID, PLEASE CONTACT OFFICE FIRST TO CHECK HOURS OF OPERATION). You may access our website and place your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: What form of payments does your website accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal, WT, C.O.D/Money Order .

Q: What are your showroom hours?

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday 10:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Q: Do I need a business license to place an order?

A business license is required for customers who select C.O.D.Money order as their form of payment. We require a current Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax in order to exclude taxes on your invoice.

Q: Do you do piercing at your office?

We do not do any piercing at our office .We are a wholesale manufacturer of body jewelry and stainless steel jewelry.
