Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please make sure you review your complete order once the package has been received. If there is no movement on tracking information or If your package is lost/stolen, please contact us immediately. If you have an item that is broken/defective, the jewelry must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of recieving the order. We will grant an exchange for the same item or store credit towards a future order upon us recieveing the items. We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges. Customers must mention to a representative at the time of placing the order, that there is an available credit to be redeemed. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and customer will be liable for shipping charges.
